gatorade a new trick

I have been trying to stabilize for the past 25 days.  my heart rate was slow 43bpm, i use a cool iphone app to monitor it now.  my nervous system was on fire and tingling and i picked up some tinitus or ringing in my ears.  in the end it seems like i had an electrolyte imbalance. Salt water seemed to help a lot.

eventually Gatorade seemed to be the best answer. It's probably not what the healthy people would recommend but i am into what works.

I am 55 hours into my latest fast i feel good except for some minor ear ringing and nerve tingles.  I have been drinking a little salt water and a little gatorade each day.  I don't seem to want food after gatorade especially if it is blended at about 25% with water.  With juice i always had to work with it as i left the house or places where i could stop the intake like at bed time. I am going to hit my 60 hour goal shortly i just wanted a nice short productive fast to move myself to a new level. I am going to up my intake of gatorade as i com out just to see what that will do for my ringing ears and tinging nerves.

i was afraid to fast again because i had not come out very well last time.  i decided to go back in just to see if it would help me reset. Bottom line is I have fewer issues in the fast than out of it.  If i can get the electrolyte imbalance worked out I think I can go for long fasts again.

fasting has allowed me the freedom to change some long term habits fairly easily. This definitely a great tool to use to get control back into a system that has none.
