Day 4 after the superbowl

Wow it was a tough start to this fast I definitely don't want to start on one after a big party. Reduce the start the fast. It took me until the 4 th day to start feeling better.

I weighed in at 280 today finally below the pre superbowl numbers. I am 1 pound from my first goal of 279. Today looks like an easy day.

Day 1 of a fast you get stomach rumblings. That's just your stomach shrinking so those are good. Day two is the rough one. You feel lazy and your muscles hurt you just have to drink water and keep on it go to bed early if you have to. Go do something fun like a movie. Just power through it.
Day three you should be fairly week but gaining energy the headaches are from the detox in the fat burning going on. Enjoy them a little headach is easy to accept when you know the bad stuff is leaving.

Day 4 your body makes another run at food. Give it a small juice or something liquid to push through. Do it just before the end of the day. Just make sure you stop with a very small amount or you will loose the fast. Best way to stop eating Is to drink aloe Vera the stuff tastes so bad you would rather have nothing.

Day 4 I made a vitamin c aloe grapefruit juice fish oil drink for breakfast. C is fir the immune system. Aloe is for the skin. Fish oil is heart and inflammation grapefruit Is for potassium and brain the whole drink was about 2 ounces. Also I tossed in some metamucill about a half teaspoon. I followed this with 2 glasses of water well SE how this goes today.
