Day 16

Decided to fast for the last 59 hours. It was a good call I am down to 284 and feel great. I could easily go more on the fast but I don't want to burn out and the superbowl parties are coming so I wanted to neon real food by Sunday.

Day 2 of the fast was hardest. Day 1 was nothing even the headaches and body acid aches were way less.

Looks like water fasting is about 3 pounds a day on average for me. The cool thing is how good food that I could not stand before is. Like prunes they were so sweet and good. I could stand to even eat one before. I started drinking vita water instead of water to come out of the fast. It even tasted sweet. I also had some clamato. It was super salty. Bottom line the more I understand the fasting processes the easier it is to do. Like stomach rumbling it's not hunger it habit and it's your stomach resizing. Good thing are happening when your stomach rumbles.

I am going to modify the slow carb diet to be more Atkins like but I do appreciate the beans so I am keeping them just less of them. I am going to do the eat stop eat plan with it next week and see how I do.

My energy has been great. My skin dried out a bit I am going to add some aloe Vera to my diet to help with that. You never have to worry about eating to much aloe it's probably the worst tasting thing ever.

I only 5 pounds from my first 20 pound goal. I am planning to enjoy Sunday and get back on track Monday.
